Review Notes Claims to be 1 to 1 as bright as a 50 watt halogen dichroic bulb. On the Ebay seller's web site it was claimed that the light was non dimmable. But on the box that arrived it was labelled as dimmable. It is very likely that the seller shipped the wrong light, and this is the $19.90 dimmable version of the globe. Measured lumens and angle didn't match seller's Ebay page. Lights were shipped with no padding. Despite this, the bulb is bright with good efficiency.
